RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Memory Lane does not accept returns or provide refunds for any products or services purchased from us. All sales are final.

However, we do offer exchanges for products that are damaged, defective, or an incorrect size has been purchased. Please contact our customer service team within 14 days of receiving the product to initiate an exchange.

To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, with all original packaging and labels intact.

Please note that certain products may not be eligible for exchange due to their nature, such as personalized or custom-made items. 

All markdown/sale items are final sale.

We reserve the right to refuse any exchange request that does not meet our criteria or is made after the designated timeframe.
